Combining peptides with proper nutrition and training

Reminder to myself and anyone new: the peptide is a small lever compared to the basics. Sermorelin has helped me, but the people I see getting the most out of it are also sleeping enough, eating adequate protein, and training with some intensity.
GH support plus a calorie surplus and no training is just going to be a calorie surplus. Plus progressive overload and good sleep, and the recovery benefits actually compound. What does your supporting routine look like?
