Sermorelin and fasting, does timing matter?

I've read that elevated insulin and a recent meal can blunt the GH response, which is why the empty-stomach guidance exists. I do an evening injection and try to keep at least a 2 hour gap after dinner.

Does anyone time theirs around a longer fast? I do 16:8 most days and wondered if injecting toward the end of my fasting window changes anything noticeable, or if the bedtime empty-stomach approach is good enough.
